The consultant developed materials for the Board of Directors, the CFO and the client’s investment committee. After developing a new framework for Board presentations at the company, streamlining a due diligence approach, and identifying several new acquisition targets and industries as investment opportunities, the HighPoint team partnered with the client’s Finance leadership team in drafting a five-year strategic plan categorized by business segment.
