After a period of rapid growth in both domestic and international markets, a $1B global fitness and health company sought assistance with the development of their strategic plan at the corporate and business unit level. Despite (and because of) their rapid growth, the company had never previously engaged in a strategic planning process.
HighPoint put together a team of four consultants co-led by a former McKinsey alums. One was a Senior Partner with more than 30 years of relevant strategy, consumer products, and retail experience, and the other was a former McKinsey consultant with more than 20 years of business strategy experience.
The team worked directly with client’s executive leadership to develop recommendations for overall company strategy with a deep dive on the firm’s digital media and international opportunities.
