A $10B global vision care products provider was in search of support to create and execute a new strategic planning process for one of its key divisions.
HighPoint was engaged and deployed a corporate strategy professional with over 15 years of cross-industry experience as a former McKinsey Associate Principal and senior-level executive.
The consultant partnered with the company’s executive team and, over five months, set-up a rigorous and repeatable process while simultaneously driving the strategic planning efforts of the division. The consultant assisted in initial execution as well.
The project required coordination across a global and matrixed organizational structure, as well as internal buy-in across functions, while identifying and training leaders for future efforts. The project concluded with eventual transition to an internal team.
