However, our fees do not reflect inflated rates to pay out profit sharing to a senior partner pool, nor overhead for large corporate offices, or support staffs. Trusted Vetting Process


Over the years, we have built a deep bench of experienced advisors. Your team is assembled from those who have made it through the following rigorous and discriminating selection process:


1. We begin by inviting selected professionals to apply. We leverage our relationships with alumni organizations of the world's leading institutions and professional services firms. We contact our network of HighPoint professionals and ask for their very best referrals.


2. Candidates complete an extensive online profile, provide a detailed CV, submit relevant sample work, and produce professional references. From here, our human resource professionals, managers and principals conduct reviews of all materials and background checks to select only the most qualified candidates to continue on for in-person interviews.


3. If selected, candidates are interviewed by our Human Resources personnel, a HighPoint Associates Manager and then a Senior Principal.


4. Additionally, we review work product from previous assignments and conduct reference checks.


5. Our selection process takes months and only a fraction of the initial candidates make it into our network. But even that may not be enough to warrant inclusion in a client's team. Once they are admitted into the pool, they must wait for the right fit, in the right industry and for an assignment that matches their functional expertise.

We begin each engagement with an exit strategy, focusing on completing your project with superb results, not on becoming entrenched in your business. Our aim is to deliver a timely, on-target work product, then seamlessly exit, leaving the impact you sought.


When our contract ends, we will have transferred skills and knowledge to your team leaving your organization better off, not just temporarily, but on an ongoing basis. We do not spend our energy trying to expand our presence; rather we leave your team deftly positioned to continue on.
