Enterprise Risk Management

In order to prepare for a management meeting regarding enterprise risks, board members of a multi-national engineering firm with over $10B in revenue sought advisory assistance.

Upon engagement, HighPoint deployed a former McKinsey Senior Partner and board member to multiple Fortune 500 firms who had deep ERM strategy experience. The consultant spent several days with the management team and conducted a workshop to help the executive team prepare for the board meeting where they were to present and discuss an assessment of the company’s enterprise risks.

The HighPoint resource drafted an assessment to be used as a framework for reviewing individual risks in greater depth at future meetings, and also served as a sounding board during the meeting groundwork.

Upon conclusion, the consultant continued to provide advisory support to management as they organized for deep dives into selected risk areas.
