A publicly traded global SaaS provider of workforce management solutions, targeted primarily to the SMB marketplace, was preparing to undertake its first formal strategic planning process to help guide its next stage of growth.

Upon engagement, HighPoint deployed a team led by a former Booz Principal and head of strategy at a Fortune 500 software company. The team developed a five-year strategic plan through an evaluation of market opportunities and penetration rates within core and adjacent product markets, as well as new geographies.

The consultants worked with the company’s board and senior management to develop a set of strategic options focused on maintaining growth and margins. Following project completion, the team was retained to help drive execution across the business function.
