A $1B regional healthcare system wanted to assess and improve their enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
Once engaged, HighPoint put together a team led by an experienced former Fortune 100 CIO. The team assessed the company’s current enterprise architecture and IT environment, then rigorously reviewed the company’s IT leadership and organization, IT process maturity, IT budget, Architecture/Infrastructure, approach to IT integration, application stack, and operational problems.
The project resulted in the creation of a road map for future-state architecture, BI & Data Warehousing solutions, organization, and outsourcing requirements.
At the conclusion of the assessment, the team was asked to stay on to lead execution, as well as development of the long-term strategy for organizational processes, improvements, and data initiatives.
