In order to better align incentive compensation and overall business priorities for project managers, a publicly traded $15B+ international engineering and construction firm sought assessment and planning expertise.

HighPoint was engaged and deployed a former Senior Manager at Deloitte with over 20 years of experience leading sales strategy initiatives. The consultant provided project management and planning support in advance of the launch of a new incentive plan for the company’s project managers.

The consultant worked with senior management to design the plan and develop associated training materials for implementation.

Following the completion of the original assignment, the consultant was retained to help drive implementation of the plan, which included development of the communications strategy, establishment of implementation timing and responsibilities, and coordination of the ongoing administration of the plan.
